About

Taylor Wells, LCSW

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree from The University of Utah. My approach is collaborative and practical; informed by research-supported methods but flexible enough to fit real life. Therapy with me is about insight and growth, but also about keeping things real—with laughter, self-compassion, and the occasional eye roll at life’s expectations. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and human.

I have specialized experience supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, trauma, and the challenges that come with everyday life. My work is rooted in helping people develop a more peaceful and compassionate relationship with food and their bodies, free from shame or rigid expectations. I’ve worked in both intensive treatment and private practice settings, which has given me a deep appreciation for the resilience and courage people bring into therapy.

Outside of my work, I love spending time with family and friends, skiing, curling up with a good book, and cuddling my animals. I truly value connection, peace, and fun—they’re what help me feel grounded and balanced. I believe everyone deserves more of that.
