About
Taylor Wells, LCSW
II’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree from the University of Utah. My approach is collaborative and practical — grounded in research-supported methods and flexible enough to fit real life. Therapy with me is about insight and growth, but also about creating space to slow down, feel understood, and make meaningful change. My goal is to offer a space that feels safe, steady, and genuinely human.
I specialize in eating disorders, body image concerns, and perinatal mental health. I support individuals navigating disordered eating, chronic dieting, anxiety, and pregnancy or postpartum mood changes. My work centers on helping people build a more peaceful and flexible relationship with food and their bodies — and on supporting clients through the emotional shifts that can come with pregnancy and early parenthood.
I’ve worked in both intensive treatment and private practice settings, which has given me deep respect for the resilience and courage people bring into therapy.
Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, skiing, curling up with a good book, and cuddling my animals. Connection and steadiness help me feel grounded — and I believe everyone deserves more of that.
